Leading off this first prestige format issue of Uncle Scrooge is "W.H.A.D.A. L.O.T.T.A. J.A.R.G.O.N" by Don Rosa, which is the story of how Huey, Dewey, and Louie first became Junior Woodchucks. Then, in "Money To Burn" (story by John Kane and Charlie Martin and art by Vicar), when the electric company overcharges Scrooge by 50 cents, he decides he can do without electricity! In Per Erick Hedman/Vicar's "Deep Sea Trouble," Scrooge hires Donald to deliver mail at his underground research and diamond mining operation - unaware that the Beagle Boys are nearby ready to steal Scrooge's goodies. In Carl Barks "Snow Duster," Gyro is called upon to save the day by melting the snow in the stadium for the big game but crashes his plane - can his little helper help? Also, in "King of Fools" (story by Russel Lewis and Tom Anderson, art by Jose Colomer Fonts), Scrooge has be selected to play host to King Grumpy of Farawaystan - and the Beagle Boys use the occasion to try and get into Scrooge's money bin - what else!
